Portrait of a Red Squirrel. Another iconic animal of the Scottish Highlands. These wonderful little characters can be seen leaping and scurrying up Pine trees if you take a moment to stop and wait. You might even catch one peeking around the tree trunk to watch you!

 Needle felted from Shetland wool on a Autumnal Tartan . Mounted in a wooden embroidery hoop, with a wire hanger on the back.

Hoop Diameter: 16 cms ( approx 6")

Handmade in Scotland using British wools, a beautiful and versatile fibre that is under used.  An eco friendly option for Christmas.
